• Bulk Orders: Quotations for bulk orders are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Altoshine is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (often bulky or custom-sized), returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team for return authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Altoshine, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
